Two exciting sessions focused on helping you serve your life insurance prospects and clients better:
 
Session 1: May I ask you a question?
Dan Corrigan, a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, is our leader for this session. He will teach you how to discover more about people by asking some simple questions and listening. As Dan would say, “Selling isn’t telling; selling is listening!”. He will also lead a group exercise allowing participants to interact with each other and share questions that have been impactful in their own discovery conversations. You will leave with useful tools to use right away.
 
Session 2: The Ten Most Common Life Insurance Mistakes and How to Avoid Them
In this professional video program, NAIFA member Monte Scott outlines 10 of the most common mistakes agents make in selling life insurance and provides tips on how to avoid them. You will learn how to better serve your clients by engaging in a detailed needs analysis and review every three years at a minimum to ensure their policies are current and the products they hold are appropriate in light of any changes in their life and/or business; consider various key questions regarding beneficiaries and consider financial and tax implications of various strategies. We will also have group exercises to discuss and help each other get better at being the professionals that our customers expect and deserve.
